Why you should come

Discover the best part of the summer

01

Have Fun

FVRC seamlessly blends running with engaging summer activities. Our picturesque campus features pristine lake access, ample green space for spike ball tournaments and other games, and dedicated relaxation stations where kids can unwind after their runs. Running at FVRC is not just about training; it’s about enjoying the journey, exploring scenic trails, and discovering the joy of movement. In addition to these activities, we offer various outdoor adventures and team-building exercises, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for all participants.

02

Connect with team members and fellow runners

The camp brings together athletes from across the valley. Kids who grew up competing against each other or who will begin their high school running journeys on different teams have the chance to come together and get to know each other in a non-competitive environment. This unique setting fosters community growth and friendship, allowing participants to build connections that extend beyond the track. Through shared experiences and team-building activities, campers develop a sense of camaraderie and mutual support.

03

learn about running and more

FVRC provides young athletes with the opportunity to hear from a variety of guest speakers, including Olympic trialist runners, physical therapists, and collegiate athletes. These experts share their experiences, insights, and advice, offering valuable perspectives on training, injury prevention, and the journey to elite performance. This exposure helps inspire and educate participants, broadening their understanding of the running world and motivating them to achieve their personal best.
